Bought as a gift, not given yet, but feels a bit rough.

The blanket and socks are perfect and everything I hoped!! My only complaint would be the length of time it took to receive them. I received an email stating my order was already in production but that it would take an extra "few days" - the few days was actually over a month. My order was not time sensitive but I would've appreciated knowing it would be over a month not just a few days. I was also told I would receive a 50% off coupon if I decided to wait rather than cancel - I still have not received any coupons.

I ordered a pair of Pup Socks for my Son In-Law for Christmas. The picture was of his beloved black lab who passed away. The order I received was a beautiful pair of socks with someone else’s dog. I contacted Pup Socks and explained the issue. I was able to send a picture of the dog. I was quite pleased with the immediate response, apologies and my order being sent. Unfortunately when I received the socks I ordered the picture was so dark I could not make out the dog’s features. I felt the responsibility was mine due to the fact I chose red socks, which are dark, for a black lab. Once again I contacted Pup Socks to let them know my dilemma. To my amazement they were more than willing to fix the issue. I lightened up the picture and a new pair was shipped. There was no charge to include shipping. While this process took more time than usual it didn’t alter how pleased I was with the response and rectifying the problem without question or hesitation. That is the way a company will get repeat customers who will also recommend them to their fur pet friends.

I got a pair of socks for someone as a Christmas gift a few months before Christmas and they still didn’t arrive in time. Socks came extremely small so I eventually did get in contact with customer service and was eventually sent a bigger pair. The design/ fit of the sock is very strange and uncomfortable. They do not feel good on the feet at all! The image of my dogs face is also distorted when you wear them

I bought a blanket as a Christmas gift and it is SO cute! The shipping took a little while, but since it was Christmastime and the USPS sucks so much I understood. But the quality of the blanket and the GREAT quality of the pet head cutouts made me place another order! This time I got two pairs of socks, and they got here super fast. These are amazing gifts for pet lovers, I can't wait to give the socks I just got to my friend she's going to freak! A+ great gift, it will be the hit gift of the party!!!

Incredibly unprofessional, having the poorest customer service I have encountered. Took them 2 months to send me my order. Tried to get in touch with them repeatedly but never heard back from them. Definitely will never trust them again and I hope this review will help others to avoid them.

Socks took almost a month to finally arrive. Not upset with the product so much as the lack of communication about delays from the company. Would only recommend if you are NOT ordering around the holiday season.
