Great gift my girlfriend loves it

Sent me a pair of socks with someone else’s dog on it and don’t answer any customer service inquires or emails at all. No response whatsoever. Will be disputing my credit card charge.

The socks are a cute concept and the designs were a hit, but the quality was not good at all. They didn’t fit anyone despite them being the correct size- they would wrinkle on the top, and the fabric was quite comfortable too.

Placed an order 1 month before Christmas and received the completely wrong order 3 days before and still have not received a replacement. Their Customer Service chat bot says "we usually respond within a couple of hours" but it took 4 days to receive a reply. I was then scolded for sending an email to the wrong Customer Service email address however it was the email address that was provided on the Pupsocks website. The product I did receive felt like cheap plastic. Will never recommend them nor order from them again.

For starters, the print in the socks was laughable at best. The pet heads, you could tell, were template cutouts which they try to shove your pets fave in their predsigned hole. This cuts off the actual shape of their head/ears/mane. Secondly, the actual pet photo print was SO dark, and grainy. You couldn't tell that one pet was gray, and one was brown. They both looked like black cats. Ridiculous. Then, the actual quality of the sock itself. It is probably the least comfortable material, AND the pattern you select is also just printed on the terrible sock. I could have drawn this with a marker better than the $30 wasted for nothing. Lastly, and moat importantly, their customer service is a JOKE. I have reached out in attempt to resolve this issue, but no one has contacted me. These are a scam, at best.

My socks came in before Christmas, like I was hoping, and my wife was very happy with them. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did not have as good of cropping on the image as I was hoping for. In the description for the picture, there was cropping around some of the fur on the dog, whereas I got an oval around my dogs face. I am still happy with this product and the result I got, but not as perfect as I would have liked.

I ordered two pairs of socks in one order. I got two pairs of socks delivered but were NOT even close to what I ordered. Supposed to be a Christmas gift and I couldn’t even give them. $50 later I have two pairs of socks that I can’t do anything with. Very unhappy with this purchase.

I still have not received my order. So very disappointed, want my money back.
