I sent 3 emails on the status of my order over the course of a few weeks did not receive one email back until mid December I ordered 3 sets of socks as Xmas gifts that haven’t even arrived yet I ordered them over a month in advance I understand we are in Covid times and delays happen but the only thing I was given was 7 bucks off my close to a 100 dollar order as an apology when I did finally get a response back via email I

I paid for three pairs of these expensive socks. Was told they’d be here for Christmas. They never arrived. I have reached out to support several times with no response. I want my money back. Never will do business with you all again.
