The material is like plastic and they don’t even look or fit like socks. I wish I could return them

My husband and son loved their socks. (Plus it’s for a good cause.)

Met all expectations

I have never dealt with a company and had customer service this bad . I’m very frustrated with PupSocks. I ordered my socks on December 2nd. Everything on the website indicated that there would be no problem receiving my order by Christmas. On December 12th I received an email that said my order had shipped. I clicked on “track package” and it said “shipment ready for UPS” so I thought for sure I would get my order by Christmas. I clicked on “track package” every day for the next week with no change of status. It still said “shipment ready for UPS”. On December 19th I sent an email to PupSocks from their website. No response. I sent a second email on December 22nd. No response. I sent a third email on December 25th or 26th. Still no response. I was so disappointed to not have my order by Christmas but even more disappointing is the no response from customer service to help resolve the problem.

Paid good money for Christmas presents and only one of two items ordered arrived. The one item that did arrive was an inferior product and clearly the staff DID NOT read the instructions as the image generated was CRAP. Numerous emails and messenger notes have been sent to no avail. Customer service at this company is non-existent. Have no faith in a refund or receiving my order completely. CHECK THIS COMPANY OUT ON BBB. #lessonlearned #pupsocksripoff

The quality of the socks is good and they were shipped pretty quickly after I made the purchase, however I wish there was some sort of a mock-up or review of the product before you finalize your order, the cropping done on one of my dogs faces is very jagged and doesn't look good on the socks, but the other dog and the different pair of socks with the cat look fine. If I have been able to review a mock-up beforehand I would have been able to provide a different picture for the dog that wasn't cropped well, other than that I'm very happy with the order

I got the wrong order, I order two pair of cat socks and got a dog blanket. Tried to contact you and the message would go through. Still hoping to get the right order of possible.
