Product ended up awesome! Made a great Christmas gift.

It's been more than a month and I still did not receive my order. I sent three messages to Pupsocks to question the delays and I got no answer. It is really frustrating!

I’m extremely disappointed with my order. It took a month and a half to arrive, and it be of the two pairs of socks did not have my dog’s face. Instead it had a random picture of another dog. I emailed to ask for a refund and have not heard back.

Poor quality sock and not worth the cost

I love the customized socks and have ordered from this company more than once. The last order took more time than expected but did arrive the week of Christmas from my order of 11/19. I ordered three pair and one pair was not what I ordered but did work.

Loved the idea popped up on a social media ad and I bought them instantly for my daughter and family. After almost a month of no communication (or delivery), the socks finally arrived just in time - a few days before Christmas eve. While the family loved them, the only comment was that they wished they were made of a softer and more comfortable fabric. Very stiff. Still - cute idea - wish there was better communication regarding order status and that I did not have to wait to long to receive.
