I ordered socks from this company 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my one item. The wait was said to be 3-5 business days domestic.. even during holiday season. I have tried sending emails and no one has reached out to me. At this point, I just want my money back. I will never order from this site again.

Wow not at all what I was expecting. I paid a lot of money for these and waited a long time to receive. Seemed like there may have been some questions with the images sent due to the way the socks look, so would have expected a proof, or some sort of communication. Wouldn’t recommend. Too bad.

You sent the wrong socks and I’ve tried sending an email to your email and it gets returned. I want to return them and get a refund!

Terrible quality of the socks material and the print of the pet itself came as dark blurry shapes instead of my cat - I provided a very good-quality picture of the cat, but the print on the socks could be of any cat, that's how washed out and lacking any details the print is. So I think this is a very poor product and you will be very disappointed.

The blanket I ordered looks pretty good but the biggest issue my cat's face is hardly visible unless you look really really closely. I was expecting the face to be prominent over the entire blanket but that wasn't the case, unfortunately. This might be my fault entirely with the picture I chose but I also wished if the picture was too dark one of the designers would reach out and request another picture to use.

Exceeded expectations The result was better than what I expected. However, the delivery timeframe was not as expected, per the order. Yes, this was a Christmas gift. It was ordered in sufficient time, however it seems the production took longer than PupSocks expected, thus was delivered after Christmas.
