Pleasantly surprised overall. Material not quite what I was expecting, it's more of a nylon feel but not bad overall

I purchased these socks as a Xmas gift for my husband. The order process was incredibly easy, I quickly uploaded my photos and ordered two pairs of the long socks. They were a little big initially but once they were washed/dried they were a perfect fit. My only complaint was the delivery/shipping. I’m assuming it was due to the Holiday & all this Pandemic madness…. But the socks took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive and there were no updates provided as to why. So lesson learned: place the order ahead of time.

I bought the socks for someone who had just lost a beloved pup. They were very cute and she was very happy with them. My only criticism is with the process. It's very easy but it would be nice to be able to see what the picture will look like before the socks are completed. The picture I submitted was full body, so on my order I had asked if the image could be full body. I did not receive a response, but the final product arrived with just his face. I still thought they were great, but I would have appreciated being able to approve the final image used.

Ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift about a week before Christmas knowing it wouldn't arrive in time. It arrived in just over a week! The cropped picture of my pet looks great and the blanket it soft. I will definitely be ordering again!

Look good pictures came out nice. The socks though are not so good they don't fit like socks are supposed to. Too expensive for the quality of the socks

I ordered these socks on December 10th with the promise it would arrive before Christmas. We’ll they didn’t. Then when they did arrived, it was not my dog in the picture.

I got socks for my mom for a Christmas gift with my dog's face on it and they are adorable!

The product was ok. They didn’t crop the picture how I requested, though. Also, the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I was excited to find this company so I’m disappointed knowing I probably won’t be able to bring myself to try them again. Very poor experience.
