I never received my order! I got cat socks when I order custom dog socks. There is no way to communicate with the company. Every email I have sent has been kicked back. I have been attempting to speak with some one with no results. Never again, there are better companies out there, who work to fix their problems!

Picture was blurry— quality was not worth the price

never got my order. My order number was placed on December 5th. Did not "ship" until 12/21. Its Jan 4th and still have not got it yet. I reached out to customer service twice over the last 3 weeks and no response. If someone could please contact me back that would be great.

I ordered two orders. 1. Order 1 was 6 pair of socks of my dog. I got 5 pair of my dog and 1 pair on dogs not my dog. 2. second order I placed was for 1 pair with my sisters cat. I got one pair of someone elses dogs. Your can reach me 916.476.8646 x 100 to speak and rectify. Pete

I love the way the picture turned out on the socks but they are way too small for the recipient, cannot be worn

Bad. They shipped wrong product. Have ignored customer service requests for over a week, and spam my email with more ads and requests for feedback. Fine. They got feedback. Would give negative stars if I could.

Dogs eyes are completely blacked out and you can’t see them at all. So I essentially got a black dogs head. Very disappointed for $40!

The picture came out great and was cropped perfectly. The socks look great, however they are a very thin material, strange fit, and not comfortable. They are also incredibly expensive ($30 for one pair of socks?!). They also were delivered well after expected.
