Cute Socks - Overall I am quite happy with the socks I ordered. I ordered 4 different socks with 4 different pets on the socks and they all turned out nice. The quality of the socks were good as well. My only complaint was the time it took to receive them after ordering them. I placed the order on 12/9 and just received them on 1/4.

This product isn't even a sock. It doesn't even resemble the shape of a sock - just a tube. I want my $ back. My husband can't even wear these things so if we can't receive a refund, we'll just try to repurpose them into...whatever we can??!

I ordered the blankets for my daughters for Christmas, one of the dogs we had to put to sleep so the blanket was extra special! There were tears and my girls loved them!

I won't order these again! The dog on my socks wasn't my dog, and the photo of my dog pictured was in the confirmation of the socks being shipped! I have sent two emails to ask for a refund and one kicked back and the other, crickets!

Worst costumer service, they never answer my questions or requests. Not even my reimbursement requests. My order never arrived and I Would not recommended it at all.

After my order was placed I reached out two separate times with two serrated questions. I got an email back saying to give them up at 72 hours to reply and never heard anything back weeks later. I ordered on the 13th. It said 3-5 days to ship. Nothing about how long they take to make. It didn’t ship til the 22nd. I didn’t get it until the 31st. The socks are cute and in the grand scheme of things they didn’t take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive. I just don’t like how they wouldn’t respond to my questions and the only “tracking” they gave me was a link to ups or fedex and it wouldn’t tell me anything other than live updates not available so I literally didn’t even know when it would arrive or if it said it had already.

Was unable to expedite shipping online, contacted support and they would not get back to me. Item was late.

Very disappointed with my order. Only 1 out of 3 pairs of socks is correct. Second pair is picture of Pekingese dog when I submitted a picture of a schnauzer and 3rd pair is on wrong pattern of socks and put glasses on the dog. I have emailed the company to have them redone, but just advised that my email was received and no corrective correspondence.
