I placed two orders for Christmas, one on 12/8 and one on 12/17. I have received the order place on 12/17. I have emailed several times regarding the order placed 12/8 and STILL have no idea when I will receive them. Very poor customer service, no telephone number to call and talk to someone. Such a shame because it's a great idea and I like the socks that I have received. I don't know that I would recommend PupSock honestly. I haven't had a good experience.

Excellent work and a fun gift

Love the look and the pictures came out perfect!! The actual sock material is odd though, I don't think the recipient's will wear them so they are just for fun I guess.

Uploaded picture of my dog and did not get a picture of my dog at all, rather a German shepherd that seems to be a stock photo. Also the sock fabric is not sock material. Would have to be used more of like a gag/memorabilia gift than for actual wear, that is if my dogs picture would have actually made it on the socks.

Ordered 3 pairs of socks, 2 came out great but the 3rd pair was someone else’s custom order. Reached out to customer service and automated response said should hear back from them within 72 hrs. It’s been a week and no response so I contacted them again, still waiting.

My original order from them was great but my gf lost her cat mask and I ordered a replacement. The replacement showed up looking like it had sat in the sun for a month and was completely faded. I reached out to their customer support and never heard back. If you are lucky they provide a great product but I am very displeased with the new product and lack of response from support.

They advertised that you would get your item by Christmas if you paid for the fast shipping, which I did. The order even said 2-Day Christmas guarantee. It didn't arrive until 12/28. I've tried contacting them twice regarding this issue and no one has responded back regarding this guarantee. Bad form.
