Shipping time was long and quality of the picture was bad.

Tried to get my dogs face on some socks. They printed a black silhouette outline of his face. Sent them a support request to try to get it fixed. Said someone would contact me within 72 hours. It has now been over 10 days and no one has contacted me or tried to help me. I have sent 4 different support requests with no response. DO NOT BUY. Avoid!

Super easy to create. Great communication via email to share updates from order through delivery. And the socks turned out so cute!!!

Product is fine, ordered Dec 2nd, received plenty of emails about the status of my order saying it was in production on Dec 4th. Received after Christmas on 12/29, pretty disappointing.

PROS: The quality of the socks is seriously great. The designers perfectly cropped my dog's face (one picture had the dog's tongue out, so they did a great job getting all the details). They made a perfect gift. I have only good things to say about the socks and their quality. CONS: I bought these socks as a Christmas gift, but they did not arrive until the 28th (If I remember correctly. It may have been between the 27th and the 30th.) I ordered them on Dec. 9th. Granted, I should have ordered far earlier if I wanted to be positive that they would arrive on time, but the order page and shipping info had no indication on whether or not they would arrive before or after Christmas. I sent 2 support requests between the 9th and their delivery date asking for update in regards to shipping and tracking, but did not receive a reply to either of them. I did receive an update AFTER they were delivered, informing me that they were delivered. Overall, I would rate the communication as poor. That said, I assume that one's ordering experience would be a perfect 5 stars throughout most of the year. We all know how crazy the holidays can get. TL;DR: Amazing socks and gift, but my experience with communication wasn't good.

I think it's such a novel idea for a personalized gift but the quality of the socks themselves are terrible. And I ordered them way before Christmas and they never arrived until after New Year's . Would not recommend or order again.

Order was not delivered in promised window of time. Tracking never updated. Giving 2 stars ONLY because I did receive my order and it was correct.
