I placed an order for 3 pairs of socks, got the conformation email, but only recieved 2 of the pairs. When I placed the order it said they ship in 48 hours. It took 1 month to get them. I have contacted the company about the third pair of socks, but just got a blanket email back saying we received your order. I didn't place another order; I just want the third pair of socks I ordered and paid for. The 2 pairs of socks I did get are nice albeit a bit thin. The picture was well done.

The quality of the two pairs of socks I ordered was exceptional. The imagery of our beautiful pup was realized well in two quality pairs of socks., These were a wonderful gift to give, during this first year of our puppy's life and time in our family,. Moreover, knowing that sale of these products benefited animals makes me happy.

My daughter loves the socks! One minor drawback - it's difficult see our dog's eyes on the socks, though they are readily apparent in the photo we sent. Other than that, the socks were excellent. Thanks!

I made my order on December 10th with the intentions of giving it as a Christmas gift. I thought 15 days would have been plenty of time. I didn't receive my order until December 31st. When my order arrived, I frustratingly discovered I was sent someone else's order. The website states they will correct any mistakes, and send you a correct replacement order, but I emailed them about the mistake and have not heard back in over a week. I do not recommend this company.

I usually don't leave negative reviews like this but I feel like I need to. I ordered a pair of socks on the 6th of December, knowing that gives plenty of time for the 8-10 business days. After a week maybe two I noticed I wasn't getting an update on when the socks were getting here, I reached out on their website and over email. Never got a response from anyone. Socks didn't show up til the 4th of January, almost a month later. Had Pupsocks bothered to reach out even a little, I probably wouldn't feel the need to write this. But for the price and for anyone who is considering this as a gift, their lack of communication and false claim it takes 8 to 10 business days makes it difficult for me to reccomend it. Side note, the socks are cool, picture turned out pretty good and the socks are comfortable.

Difficult to get support. No answers as to where the order is. No support. I’m canceling
