The product itself is nice. I ordered a blanket for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it on 12 Dec. It arrived today, 6 Jan. I emailed the company and no one responded to my inquiry as to what happened to my order. So I am giving 3 stars because while product quality is important, so is customer service and reasonable shipping times.

Ordered 12/16. Got notification that the order was shipped but tracking never progressed. My order has not arrived. I have sent multiple inquiries and received only one generic automated response with no information or resolution. I guess I will have to dispute the charges through my credit card company since the company can’t seem to manage the customer service side of their business.

The socks look great, affordable price, and we’re delivered very quickly. Purchased as a gift and my friend loves them :)

I purchased the blanket for my girlfriend for Christmas and used four different images of her late dog. The image quality turned out great! She was moved to tears. Though it is still very new, the quality seems like it will hold up.

Our daughter loved her socks with her rescued beloved dog 'Zeus' on them. The picture is an exact match to the original. Thanks PupSocks!!

The socks look very cute, but I'm disappointed in the material. The material is kind of thin and not very soft. However the socks are very cute and are a fun novelty.

service was great and the art was spot on from the picture I sent. The only ding is for the socks themselves. Not great socks and I feel like when you are selling socks with pictures on it that you should have good socks. They do not fit the feet despite having the right size. They are too big, oddly boxy in the toe and go way up the calf, but then fall down since they dont stretch enough at the top, even for a narrow ladies calf.

I received a pair of socks much later than promised. They had a dog on them I do not know. I reached out for help with this problem and received no response except that there was a higher than normal wait time for dealing with issues. I am going to request my money back through PayPal.
