I received the wrong order and I have emailed twice and have gotten no response.

2 pair ordered on 12/10/21, delivered late evening 1/5/22. No answer from customer service, emailed on 12/26. Would not recommend.

Order never delivered after 4 months.

Well first and foremost I paid for the 10$ shipping and it took 13 days for my order to arrive and when it did arrive I noticed that the company used the cheapest shipping they could get essentially pocketing my money.

I would have given you a 5 but the socks I ordered for a man look like women's socks! I'm not sure he will wear them! But the face mask is adorable! Betsy

If you’re thinking this would make a great gift, they 1000% are! I ordered a pair my sister for Christmas with her new puppy on them and they turned out even better than I could imagine! The only downside is what I was quoted for the shipping time. The order summary said 3-4 days, but after completed the purchase my order confirmation said up to 8 days for my sock purchase. Shipping these days is totally unpredictable, but I just wish there could have been more transparency and clarification of the delays being experienced. My sis didn’t get her socks until 11 days after I purchased them.

HELP!!! I have reached out several times as the wrong socks were sent to me and NO ONE has responded PLEASE contact me to remedy this problem. I've even offered to send the wrong socks to the right person but I just want my socks I paid for! I have still not received my order. I ordered before Christmas and paid to have it expedited. It was guaranteed before christmas.
