Took a month longer than expected, very little customer experience, socks weren't the highest quality, but the printing and design was perfect

This is so bad. Their customer service does not read emails thoroughly, they do not respond in a timely manner (took two BDs), and on top of it all, the product they sent me was all incorrect!! I order 4 pairs of socks from them! They misprinted my dog on one of the socks (even though the same exact picture was being used for them all) and then did not give me the correct designs. LIKE WHAT??? And I kept communicating with them over email... waiting for responses... and still ended up getting a terrible order. Save yourself the money, time, and most importantly excitement. I was so excited for this just to be SUPREMELY let down.

Poor quality product and operations. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting much to begin with, but I got pretty disappointed once my socks finally did arrive (well past the event I bought them for) and I saw how crappy they were. I wasn't able to connect with any support about my concerns. Sad. Maybe they'll be useful now as a firestarter?

I ordered these in December as a gift for a family member who just got a new puppy. The socks she received were not only NOT her pup but an entirely different breed. I have contacted this company several times to make it right with no response.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks with the same dog picture. Got a confirmation when my order shipped that showed my exact order with the same picture on both. The order I received was 2 pairs, one of my dog, one of someone else's dog. I immediately emailed the company and have not received a response 24 hours later. The one they got right is adorable, but I'm disappointed they would make such a sloppy mistake and then not respond.

Be careful of any customer service number given in reviews. Those are scam numbers. I contacted one and the person was trying to have me download things onto the computer. Beyond that the socks I ordered on 11/17 weren't delivered until 12/29. I had sent an email on 12/26 and got a reply on 1/4.

Emailed 2x over last week+ to correct receiving wrong order. No answer. Will anyone respond to me? I would say don’t use this company. Incorrect order, no communication but they have my money. Is this any way to run a company?
