Dear Chloe， Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your experience with our extensions did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that all GOO GOO Hair extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, and we are committed to a meticulous selection process for our raw materials to ensure quality. Regarding the thinness you experienced, please note that some of our extensions series are intentionally designed in smaller, more flexible pieces. This approach allows for greater customization and blending, ensuring a natural look that suits a wide variety of hair types and textures. Our customer service team has reached out to you directly to gain a full, detailed understanding of the issue you’ve encountered. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to provide you with further dedicated assistance and fully resolve your concerns. Thank you again for your valuable input. We are continuously improving our products and customer care based on feedback like yours.

Dear Amber, Thanks for this incredibly detailed, kind, and amazing review—it absolutely made our day! We’re over the moon to hear you love your 24-inch jet black seamless clip-ins, especially that you find them thick, full, double-wefted, and full all the way to the ends. It means the world to us that they work perfectly for your thin hair and that the seamless weft is so easy to hide—we designed them exactly for that! We’re also thrilled you love the length so much that your order shipped out the SAME DAY you purchased. Thank you for being a repeat customer and for loving Goo Goo as much as we love you. We can’t wait for you to try the invisi edge next—you’re going to obsessed! Again, thank you so much for your support and this perfect 5/5 review.
