It would be easier if the code to verify it was me was sent to my mobile number, not my email. I was in the middle of a chat to get my Wegovy increased to 9mg, but the 4mg shipped before I could finish the chat. A customer service rep was supposed to cancel the 4mg. It would be helpful if I could easily get back into a chat; the website is overwhelming and not user friendly. I have spent several hours on this order. The check-in that is required when starting an order, should not have to start from scratch each time. It takes a long time to complete it each time. Why can’t it be editable from month to month??

As they do every month they screwed up my order. Total pain in the neck, had to cancel and then have them send the prescription to my pharmacy. I used Good RX for convenience and I wound up spending over an hour on various phone calls just to refill. And the same thing happened the 2 months before. Ridiculous. Done and done with Good RX.
