GoodRx saved us $80 the first time we used it. The total for that drug with our insurance was $180 and we paid around $80. It’s great! Still not the perfect solution to the completely broken and corrupted health system in this country, but some help definitely! We will keep using it always!

Thank you GoodRx!! I was told st Walgreens I had no ins. That was crazy but the were less than accomodating on any reason or trying to solve this puzzle. My daughter took me to Wal-Mart where she used your program. I was able to get the meds for 55$ not 300$. Thank you for this program it was a blessing for me. The end of the story is even better. William the pharmacist did an ins. Che k finding I do have ins. and I got a refund of 61$. How cool is that. Your program & William lets me know that Humanity lives. Thank you. Cherri

I am a veterinarian in North Carolina and have had many clients that have been able to get medications for their pets more economically using the GoodRx coupons - that is until today !! I had a client present a coupon for a commonly used drug for both veterinary and human patients at our local Walmart pharmacy - she was told she could not use it because the medication was for an animal . No where in the Good Rx description is this mentioned , in fact , they make a point of saying that these coupons are a good way for pet owners to get their animals medications more easily . I feel that someone should look into this store’s policies - looks like just a way for the store to make more money .

Pulled up Goodrx coupon for cheapest price in town $15.73 for a prescription, showed it to Walgreens pharmacist she keyed in all the info but charged me $23.97,so why give one price on coupon but in reality I'm not going to get it at that price. I call that false advertisement. Good Rx should stand behind the discounted price !!

Here is the trick... Step one is to call the goodrx pharmacy you wish to visit. Then ask that pharmacist which pill or tablet or generic equivalent they will provide at the goodrx price. Then tell your doctor to send them the rx for that drug. Otherwise it may not work. Once i got my doctor to perscribe what the pharmacy was willing to sell at the goodrx price it worked. Goodrx saved me alot of money on a simple colchicine prescription.

Often times it does not work and the only option to fix the error is via the pharmacist calling their phone no. Pharmacists aren’t always that helpful so you may end up spending $30 more like me. Worse, GoodRx has no place for feedback. The app should have a simple button that you can click if the price isn’t matched so they can contact the pharmacy to correct the issue. When you have a schedule 1drug it’s very inconvenient to be misquoted because your doctor needs to be contacted to resend the script to another pharmacy and, well, doctors aren’t that helpful either. US healthcare has failed and it’s pretty obvious why, capitalism is not concerned with the heath and well being of anyone. It’s depressing to think about so i try not to, the anti depressants cost too much :-( - Citizen with a degree and good job

My $800 prescription was reduced to $37, I cannot say enough good things about GoodRx!!!!! They have literally changed my life. I did have to change pharmacies for this one prescription, but that's a very small price to pay for a much needed medication. Thank you, thank you, *thank you* GoodRx!

Prices are not correct online. The excuse given is that the pharmacy updated since they posted that price. I guess they updated the price 4 times the amount posted online. According to Walmart pharmacy Good Rx uses a different manufacturer than they do to get the price the estimate.
