As a Kaiser member one of my prescriptions started costing way too much. Found it for one half the cost through Good RX. After refilling this time through Wal-Mart I was going to be charged more than what is listed on Goodrx and almost double what I paid for last refill. Called Good RX and found another pharmacy near me for $10 less. Gave me the phone number and how to get it transferred. Even with Good Rx some pharmacies not honoring what is listed on the GRX website so call first to eliminate the hassle.

I have been a member of GoodRX Gold for the past year and the service has saved my family hundreds of dollars. Having GoodRX supplements my commercial RX plan. I’ve used GoodRX to find prescriptions at around 80% off that my commercial RX plan doesn’t cover. The employee interaction has been amazing. Not only are the employees competent and friendly, they also take the time to find the most affordable drug that have been prescribed. The employees also helps you transfer the prescription from the pharmacy that has a high deductible or it’s not covered by your plan, to a pharmacy in your area that offers the lowest cost for that prescription. I highly recommend GoodRX Gold.

Customer Service is great and if the first Person I Spoke to today is Alexia ?! Well than Alexia was awesome !!!!!!!!!! She deserves a raise if not at least a person from Good RX Highest level that I Jason Cooke Insists on giving Alexia an in PERSON Face to Face Recognization on how this company has a Loyal Irreplaceable Person such as Alexia !! I do insist on this or I will cancel. Along with the second Gentleman that I spoke with right after her today. I don’t know who Yeseniya is , for she was the name on the bottom of the email, But Alexia is the woman I spoke too first today and her name was on the email SENT FROM ! We’re all in hard times , everybody is doing there best, Over the phone, video, you name it , I’m 42 years old and I’m a retired Meat Cutter after 30 years, I cut meat since I was 7 years old and now I cannot do the things I used to , I’m on my 22nd surgery due to wearing my body out now with severe nerve pain conditions. Millions of people like me count on a Company like yourselves, GoodRx.And so we thank you, you software may not work well yet but we can get around that because that’s not the point, you guys have made it cheaper for all the meds I have to take on a daily bases at 42 years old and I appreciate it. And People like Alexia needs and deserves to be recognized for what she does for GoodRx, even the smallest of the smallest, and those are what make your company Run !!! Thank You, Jason Cooke

User friendly coupon platform, friendly service. Exactly what you would hope to expect from a discount prescription provider. Their Gold plan is useful for extra money saving at the counter if your insurance isn’t the greatest.

I had been using the free version of Goodrx. I increased my prescription count. I signed up for Gold and realized a greater discount. I could not find my new account. I called C/S, the rep was professional, polite, and professional. I found a better price with her help. I can't wait to receive my GoodRx card. I will be saving over $150.00 per year on one prescription.

The Good Rx people are easy to work with and incredibly helpful. The $ savings over my old pharmacy is unbelievable. If you're not a member YOU SHOULD BE!

I am very pleased with Good RX Gold. If there was an issue with the price of my prescription with my pharmacy I would call and immediately my call was answered. They would resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes. I am pleased with the customer service and the prices received from Good RX Gold. Thank you for all you do.
