I was at the pharmacy to pickup my prescription and my birthday was wrong. I called goodrx and got a real person in seconds who corrected the problem and I got my prescriptions at the gold price. My prescriptions are a fraction of the price of the price of my Medicare plan.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called GoodRx. Not only was the customer service above and beyond but they saved me so much money with my prescriptions. I recently retired and didn’t realize the cost of the drugs when you don’t have insurance. While I did pick up a Medicare drug program, GoodRX prices beat what I’m going to have to pay on that. The lady that I spoke with was so gracious and so helpful and in this day and age that is something hard to find. Thank you GoodRx!!!

I was having some problems with my account with GoodRx and I had forgotten that my debit card was compromised, a new card was issued by the bank, I had to call GoodRx to update that information. When I called Yesenia, the customer service representative, was very helpful, and patient with my request I felt that she really wanted to help me took just a few minutes to resolve the issue. I had been member o GoodRx Gold for a few months an so far I have saved over $800 I recommend their program and their customer service assistance.
