When I went to pick up my prescription I was told that they could not accept my Gold Rx because there was an issue with my date of birth. When I contacted Gold Rx, they made the change to the correct date and then contacted the Pharmacy. They also made sure that I received a credit for the overcharge. Excellent Customer Service!!

I have had trouble using the on line coupon or good rx app for my dogs expensive prescription and had to call customer service. I didn't know too much about GoodRx and was confused about should I use them. A representative explained it all out to me and how I could use use the coupons to say lots of money on my prescriptions.

My last name is different from my wife's. I asked for an ID card for our Good Rx Gold membership and our customer service rep was able to order that new card and have it sent to us. No problems, understood our concern, and fixed it.
