We never need prescriptions, but our dog's vet wrote a prescription for a relatively rare drug that is pretty much just at human pharmacies. After checking GoodRx.com, most drugs were listing as not being for vet prescriptions, but they gave a number to call for discounts for pets. After calling the number (on a Sunday even!), I pressed the menu number I wanted and was immediately connected to a live human. English certainly sounded to be his first language and he was immensely helpful. He emailed me a coupon for my dog and we saved a LOT of money. Excellent service and customer service as well. Just tried to fill a prescription, my insurance copay was 5 times the cost of Good RX Gold. I called spoke to a live representative who in a few minutes transfered my prescription to Good RX Gold pharmacy. I hope that you don't hesitate to sign up for this service. When I tried calling my insurance company to find out why the big difference. There was only a robot ask and if I wanted to speak to a person I would have to wait till Monday because I was calling Saturday Morning
