I’ve been using GoodRx for several years now but just recently switch to GoodRx Gold, added my husband and my dog! Just today as we went to the pharmacy we saved approximately $50.00 on 4 prescriptions. We couldn’t have been happier. To top this off, EVERY TIME I have called GoodRx their customer service dept has been exceptionally pleasant and very understanding. In this day and age am finding this to be more and more unusual.

During this pandemic, I have spent hours on the phone with companies holding for a representative, just to get transferred or disconnected or not get any help at all. I was pleasantly surprised to immediately be transferred to a very kind and helpful representative that answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me transfer my prescriptions and save me money. It is wonderful to know that there are still companies out there that value good customer service! Thank you!

Ihave Medicare so, I am not allowed to use a $5.00 coupon........but, have to pay $155.00 for a script!!! Phoney and very FISHY.......that as long as you don't have insurance ......GoodRx will help you.....???? What's so GOOD about that????

I have nothing but positive things to say about Good RX. They have been extremely helpful in lowering my cost for medications and they are always available to iron out any questions I have. I ALWAYS recommend Good Rx to everyone. !!!!

Everyone knows that the US medical system is broken, and pharmaceuticals are part of that. My dog has complex neurological issues, and without medications she 4 types of seizures, and has 5-6 seizures a day. With medication, she can live a normal dog life. We use GoodRx for her medication to fill her 90 day supply, and rarely think anything of it, until the last time we went and the pharmacist told me that her Keppra XR would be $800. I called GoodRx, and the person who answered was SO KIND and helpful. She found a coupon that would apply for pets and brought the cost down to $68 for 90 days. I got into looking at her other prescriptions, and GoodRx saves us over $3200 every 90 days on her medications. We have worked extensively with a veterinary neurologist to dial in her prescriptions to the minimum required, and the affordable mail order pharmacies don’t carry all her prescriptions, so GoodRx is literally a lifesaver for our girl. Without affordable prescriptions, she would have a terrible quality of life. I cannot day enough nice things about the service GoodRx provides and about how wonderful their support team is.
