The Pharmacy would not accept the price on the coupon so I contacted GoodRx and Ethel helped to figure out why they were coming up with a higher price. Because the Pharmacy was substituting a generic drug that was different from what was normally used the were charging a higher price. Alex contacted the Pharmacy and negotiated a lower price than the Pharmacy was trying to charge. Thank you, Ethel and Alex.

My insurance company decided to stop paying for one of my prescriptions, because of it the prescription was costing me $69 a month. When I tried good RX it just changed my prescription price all the way down to $21. I couldn't be more Blessed. Thank you

My experience was great and very comfortable. All of my questions were answered and when the conversation ended I had a full understanding of how the program works.

When I needed to call with a question, the call was answered promptly and rep was very helpful in answering my question.

I was overcharged at my regular pharmacy and they told me to take it up with GoodRX. I called (which I normally wouldn’t do) and spoke to a sweet lady and she told me she would call pharmacy and get this straightened out. Not only did she, but she got me a greater refund than I expected. I these day’s where we are forced to deal with “poor service” is the norm, GoodRX went way beyond and gave me 3 free months of my Gold Membership for the trouble. Way to prove how YOU keep customers in a time when it’s needed the most!!! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars! Ten is much more deserving!

INP Jane Riccobono On “hey doctor” made things unnecessarily difficult. Just needed a basic birth control refill that I Originally had with Kaiser and she completely misunderstood the reason I am currently taking it and refused to refill my prescription based off something she’s reading off Wikipedia. I offered proof of doctor correspondence from kaiser app but she Told me to go to planned parenthood hood during a pandemic or see a pcp. Mind you I have no insurance. Thanks for nothing WOW. I went thru another company and they gave me a 8 month supply!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time with them. Unless you enjoy being aggravated and wasting your time. Go to simple health. My shipment is going out soon. I left a review about simple Health. They know what they are doing. Simple Health made my Day.

During this time of hardship and uncertainty, I found myself without insurance. I downloaded the GOOD Rx app and not only did I find I could get my 90 day supply of my prescription, I could also use the mail order! John was nice and knowledgeable. It helped me not have to go to a chain pharmacy and wait in line. Grateful to Good Rx for figuring out the solution to the never ending aggravation we all experience when having to visit the pharmacy yet again. Thanks Good Rx!!!
