GoodRx exceeds expectations again! The customer service representatives I worked with over the past year were both very knowledgeable and unusually polite. They quickly grasped the problem. I was presented with simple and clear resolutions ... pleasant experiences in both cases!

I called to add my pet to my gold GoodRx card but I couldn’t remember his birthdate. She explained that I could call the pharmacy that had his prescription and they would give me the birthdate they used. Then she explained how easy it was to add him to my account and it would take effect immediately! It was so easy! Thank you GoodRX!

I originally started with a Good Rx card to help me with prescription costs and recently changed to Gold at a low monthly fee because a blood pressure prescription covered under my plan was 2.5 times higher then the cost of purchasing it with my Good Rx card. It was because of this I decided to try the Gold plan and pay the small fee. Thank you for helping me afford my prescriptions as a person on disability.

When speaking with a good RX representative about transferring my prescription to another pharmacy I was pleasantly surprised. This service saved me 70 dollars a month! They waved my good RX Gold membership For 2 months and we’re just overall very very kind. I was suspicious at first about the whole thing, but I felt as though they honestly cared to help people save money on prescriptions. Thanks for your honest help!

I had an issue with getting the goodrx rate for gold members, the gentleman that helped me was very genuine. He didn’t sound fake or like he was reading from a script. We solved the issue and I learned a new thing today. I forgot his name but hope he is acknowledged for his genuine personality!

Great product and it works. I paid the same amount for a 90 day supply VS a 30 day supply that I would pay with my insurance.

My rx was all of a sudden $17 plus dollars. I knew that wasn’t correct. Asked the pharmacy to shelf it and came home and called Good Rx Gold. Christian went over and beyond for me. We found out that my doctor did not add the “SR” to my medicine. This was stopping me from getting my medicine at a much lower price. Excellent customer service along with excellent prices!
