I was skeptical of Good RX at first, but now, I love it. Not only do I save on my prescriptions, but my dog's too (so long as it's a human drug being used for her). I was shocked at how much cheaper it was using Good RX compared to my health insurance. I've also had a great experience with customer service. I never had to wait and when someone said they would call me back, they did. They spoke with the pharmacy for me. They called me to explain what happened. It was a really great experience. They've also been super nice. :)

I presented my GoodRx coupon to the pharmacist at Walgreens when I went to pick up my prescription. She told me they could not honor it because they would lose to much money. I came home and called GoodRx and they in turn called the pharmacy and were told the same thing. I called another Walgreens pharmacy and was told the same thing. BTW...Safeway honored it last year so I will continue to give them my business but certainly not Walgreens!

My experience with the representative was the most pleasant interaction in many months. She was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed being treated with respect.
