Called in to transfer a script. The person who helped me was courteous, kind and willing to work with me to facilitate that transfer. A very nice conversation and conclusion.

Excellent quick customer service on phone
I was at the pharmacy. I was unable to process my husband’s prescriptions on my Good RX Gold Card (family membership). So I called them & was quickly connected with Danielle, who patiently helped me. I had not entered my husband’s name & birthdate in my account. Danielle kindly helped me enter the info & sent my husband’s ID card to my text & email. Problem solved!!! She was knowledgeable & great! Amazing customer service!!!

I have to admit it was a lot simpler…
I have to admit it was a lot simpler than I thought it would be to use. I recently lost my full time job because of this pandemic. Along with my job went my medical insurance. So I thought why not try GoodRX. I went to the pharmacy that showed the cheapest price and had my prescriptions transferred there. When the new pharmacy called me, I went, showed my GoodRX card and viola...some prices were even better then listed on the app.

HUGE savings!!
I take a medication that can cost up to $400 but was able to get it through Good Rx for only $37!! Awesome!!

Save me $500
Save me $500 I got a new prescription. I got the text message it was ready and the 513.81. I searched the internet and found Goodrx. I signed up for that and Gold account free trial. The same prescription, same drug, ended up costing me $30. That's life changing savings. Give it a try.

Amazing savings app
Exceptional customer service! Agent went above and beyond what I expected to happen. My issue was resolved and I will be able to return to CVS for my price adjustment

Excellent Communication skills and Very optimistic/ positive people
I forgot the Reps name, but she was so kind and so helpful. I appreciated her a lot. I get it, some customer care people get bad treatment and have to put up with customers. This one was kind, and it was 6 pm too. Probably a long day. That one phone call helped me save money on my medicine (about $50) and her attitude alone made me have a positive one. All it takes is some kind words from someone else to impact a mood. She did that. Thank you again
