I can't believe this is even a real thing! What an amazing experience! GoodRx is literally a life saver! I am now able to afford an asthma medication which my insurance wouldn't pay for even tho it's essential for my health. The customer service rep I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Have seen commercials for Good RX, but never gave them a second thought until last night. I went to pick up a prescription at local CVS, and was told my cost for the medicine would be $134. Thus, I looked into GoodRx, and to my surprise, this same medicine could be purchased for $4.37 at a Costco pharmacy. Since my husband and I are recently retired and no longer have prescription coverage through our employers, I decided to enroll in the GoodRX Gold membership for $9.99 a month. Just to be clear, one is able to use GoodRx for FREE. However with the Gold membership, I and my family are able to receive even greater savings for our prescriptions. When I called to speak to a GoodRx representative about transferring our prescriptions from one pharmacy to another, I was quickly connected to an actual person who made all the necessary changes for me in minutes. Within one hour, I received a text from my new Costco pharmacy welcoming me, and to tell me my prescription was ready for pick up. Cost $4.37. Unbelievable!! What an amazing app and customer service. Thank you GoodRx.

The support was excellent. They understood my problem and then, instead of me calling the pharmacy back to rectify it, they called them for me and took care of it.

They help me out everytime and find the right perperstion I need and ask how many and find the best lowest prices

I had to change my pharmacy bcoz Walgreens in Pinellas Park FL does not honor Good RX Gold. They only accept GoodRX , not the upgrade gold. I ended up having to pay the regular price.. They do accept reg GoodRX tho, just not Gold! I wonder how many other pharmacy's don't take it!? It's the $5 a month upgrade card.

I recently joined the gold rx.. my customer service agent.. was excellent!!!! transferred my prescriptions for me and got me an excellent price.... He explained everything. I highly recommend good rx to evereyone... even if u have a co-pay it is cheeper to go with good rx by alot

I just wanted to say that since covid began my insurance was cut off? As a result I was paying an average of$200 a month for my prescription. Thanks to the Good Rx gold plan I paid $82 today. I really recommend this to anyone who needs to refill medications regularly! Thanks Good Rx!
