Not Worth the Hassle
Customer service is abysmal. I've used the service for a few months, and each time a prescription is sent in, there is an issue on GoodRX's end that prevents it from being fulfilled. Each time I bring it up, I am ping ponged to several agents that, after many frustrating attempts, they are able to barely resolve. Both telephone and online support are useless.
