Had to repeat everything 2 or 3 times. My app does not show gold price, but I'm a gold member. The lady I spoke with sent 2 cards, with different numbers so the pharmacy had to do trial and error. Very frustrating.

The prices aren't really updated. I went to CVS and did they math for my meds all together. With the prices they gave me on good Rx was not the same when I went to use it when I got it. It should have been at least close to 60 but when I got there it was close to a hundred dollars. I had to take my nausea medicine off to get I lowered to 60

I never use it, my insurance covers everything it does

Signed up for their goodrx gold to get cheaper prescriptions. But no surprise my pharmacy doesn’t take goodrx GOLD. So I thought it would be easier to just transfer my prescription to goodrx so I could just go thru them. It took over 15 days for them to send me my prescription. This is very unacceptable since everything was done electronically it should have been way quicker. I am not going to be waiting half a month for these guys to “process” my prescription not worth the hassle to save a few bucks.
