Worst joined and during consultation was told I needed the test kit strips to prove I caught a UTI Like WHAT who keeps those and after a long tedious back and forth in the end consultation was cancelled was refunded a month later I was charged for gold membership and I’m like when did I do that “I never did” this WORTHLESS company could not even get me antibiotic prescription so after trying to look how to delete my account which is impossible without calling the 800 number Ana the rep helped me get a refund for the membership fee $9.99 and she had to delete my card info from her end “not me being able to do so on the App or Website” and she helped me navigate how to delete my account Now if a company needs you to call to do any of the 3 you know it’s BAD ONE specially now with all the tech and connivence with that said I used CallOnDoc every issue I had with GoodRx with them I had ZERO NON NADA it was seamless quick 21 from signup to confirming my local pharmacy address With GoodRx it was hoops and stupid questions like are you sure it was positive !!! Yes I am you can’t get high on Antibiotic “that’s a rant maybe you can I honestly don’t know” but either way I though I was done with GoodRx but sadly not according to their policy they keep my info for 2-7 years “ to sell it ofcourse which is normal now” so no biggie just hate the fact they are underhanded and not all transparent about their policies I can’t wait fast enough to get rid of them and have that peace of mind of not worrying if they will charge me randomly for bad service Check BBB and Amazon reviews and night and day trustpilot sadly can be easily manipulated
