Everything went smooth until I needed a new prescription. I started the treatment and couldn’t keep one of the drugs down. Contacted them via chat which took over an hour for a response. Called by phone and me vomiting didn’t seem like an issue, “everyone feels nausea”. Nausea would have been ok. The drug would still be active, but I was vomiting shortly after taking the medicine. They eventually changed the prescription. Love the platform just need better customer service.

I developed symptoms for a UTI late in the evening and locally we do not have an urgent care so i needed soemthing quickly!
