I lost my insurance and used the site to order an inhaler. I was under the impression that I would be given a 3 month refill but since I didnt specifically request one, I received an inhaler for just one month. The following month they expected me to pay an additional $50. Just go with MD Anywhere its $30 and they give you 3 months. Everything is the same, just cheaper. Another thing Good MD's wont honour is their refund policy which states that if your unsatisfied FOR ANY REASON you will receive a refund. That didnt happen so I left for MD Anywhere and its been great and cheaper.

I have a horrible tooth infection that needed immediate antibiotics. GoodMds was great for that, however the prescription given was wrong which has caused me a world of pain for days on end and I don’t know if I’ll even survive as the infection has spread. I was prescribed 500mg amox-clav to be taken twice a day, but for what I’m suffering from it should have been THREE times a day according to the dentists I have spoken to since. How the doctors there bungled this is beyond me but now the bacteria has spread and is likely resistant. I will need to start a new antibiotic but it will take days for the new one to begin responding, swelling has spread to my throat. I went to the emergency room but wait time was 6 hours, I waited but because my abscess isn’t the size of a grapefruit they didn’t recognize the dire situation and said to give the antibiotics a chance. Three days later with not a single dose missed and it’s only gotten worse and worse

I had been using another company but chose to go with good meds instead due to the lower price. This should’ve been my big red flag, because this definitely fits the saying of you get what you pay for. Not only did the medication arrive warm with a thawed out, warm, ice pack, but when I finished with my old medication and opened up the vials from good meds, I quickly realized they had shorted me on the medication And I know there’s a good chance they’re going to respond to this and say “well you got the three month deal with lower doses”, but there isn’t even enough for those low doses. What they sent me is supposed to last three months. This will maybe get me through a month and a half. I saved hard to be able to do this for myself and unfortunately, I got what I paid for. Do better good meds.

Good MDs does not write their own prescriptions you have to be prepared to provide a copy of your old prescriptions. Good MDs prescriptions are good for only 30 days!

It was very easy to get the treatment I needed on a Sunday. I didn’t have to spend hours at the local walk-in clinic where I would have been miserable from the pain in my face, exposed to more germs, and charged more for an urgent care co-pay. I had a prescription at my local pharmacy in 30 minutes! I changed to 2 stars because they were very conservative with the dosage! By the end of the week I had to see my PCP for a stronger antibiotic. He said the dosage was appropriate for my 7 year old son. It made me feel better and got me to work the next day! In the long run… it made things worse. Now I am still fighting an infection that has spread. I have been put on another stronger antibiotic that I was allergic to and had to have fluid removed from my brain via a lumbar puncture in the ER this week. Had I just had the right dose of Augmentin in the first place, maybe I could have avoided this! So, it will get you through the weekend! But you better see a real doctor on Monday!

If the prescription request is a bit more complex than a straightforward one, you didn’t seem to know what to and stopped responding. Disappointing!
