Website advertises 24 seven service. However that’s not the truth. Call the 800 number got hung up on but automated service nobody’s available. Send IM message was told that I would be contacted during normal business hours. Apparently 24 seven. I paid for a service expecting a doctor call and a script for an URI almost 3 hours and still waiting.

It worked. I was seriously surprised and delighted. This works great for basic routine things and it is very efficient. I needed a prescription for antibiotics for a minor medical situation and I was not able to get to doctor for a week. Whole process took only 10 min - no fuss and muss. When I checked with the pharmacy and they didnt have the prescription, the chat function was able to get someone to call the pharmacy. Started a tru a skeptic but ended up as a tru believer.
