I was told they couldn't treat me based on my location & they would initiate a refund. After 2 weeks & multiple inquiries, still no refund. I have found another service that is more reliable. I received my refund 4 days After leaving my review.

It's there if you need it, but don't expect any support. You fill out their form to ask for a prescription and pay them to send it to a pharmacy, without so much as an estimate of what the cost might be. The references to a consulation are marketing speak, you will not be able to speak to a doctor.

They want almost $60.00 for a one month refill. Way too expensive.

It would have been convenient if I didn't have to keep calling because the Pharmacy did not have the prescription

I liked how quik i got help and how rapid they sent over my prescription but i was perscribed the wrong antibiotics my symptoms still exist after takin meds

When I told them the dosage didn't work and asked for a larger dose I was denied. This made me go to another source for meds. The subject I am dealing with is difficult so I just cant go to my doc.

I just feel like the medicine y’all had to offer take to long to work it’s working just slow.

quest diagnostics was the place i was assigned to but the didnt have a part for my urine sample so I had to wait another week so they can order it.
