I'm not sure if when you say 'experience' you're talking aboiut ease of using website or efficacy of product? The website is tremendously easy to use. I'm on thwe fence about the product - I've only lost 3-4 LBs after the first set of usage; compared to the multitudes of folks that lost 10 after their first usage. I'm ordering up the next month - perhaps it takes a minute to truly kick in.

This has been an effective treatment for me so far. I am in my first month, and I have noticed that my appetite isn't as strong. I am at a low dose, so that may change. I am not experiencing any nausea or other side effects. I'm excited to continue on my journey.

The customer service representative was AMAZING. Kati was her name. I had some issues that was on my end medically from another companies product and she helped me through till the end.
