No med and no refund after almost 3 weeks….
Had been using tirzepatide through Goodlife for several months. Suddenly, they were unable to ship but refused to refund after paying almost $500. It’s now been almost 3 weeks, issue not resolved. Limited response and excuses each time. A good experience turned bad and now out almost $500.
