Incomplete shipment and terrible customer service I received my medication order, but the critical injection kit needed to actually administer it was completely missing from the package. While mistakes happen, the way customer service handles them is what matters—and their support has been horrible. Trying to get them to simply mail out the missing injection kit has been an incredibly frustrating and exhausting experience. I am paying for a complete medical service, yet I'm left with medication I can't use due to their supply oversight and a support team that refuses to help efficiently. I would not recommend dealing with this company if you expect reliable shipments or helpful customer support.

Amazing phone and email support by Carmen! The process was easy and I felt like the providers reviewed my records and required good follow-up. The website is pretty user friendly and I could enter when I completed my injection.
