Due to packaging and website and rapid shipping I give it 3 I’ve been tired since I’ve taken the meds it’s been awful! I wanted to try a few times but I feel worse after every shot never again I just want this shot out of my system so I can move on

Good luck using their glitchy website. I paused my subscription and it apparently glitched out. (Like it does anytime I try to do anything on it) now they are saying it wasn’t paused and won’t do anything to cancel the order that went through. Edit: I was called by a Rose Codner the day after posting my original 1 star review. Rose definitely helped this company earn 2 stars back. Very friendly and solved my issue. I do have an issue with raising the stars any higher than 3 when the website did glitch out anytime I used it during my subscription. However, I am impressed with their customer service response time after this incident.

Update: Refund received, but the experience speaks for itself. I canceled my prescription and turned off auto-renew, yet they processed a renewal anyway. After multiple attempts to resolve it with their support team, nothing moved - I had to threaten a credit card dispute before anything happened. Charging a customer's card without consent is unacceptable, full stop. They did ultimately issue the refund I demanded, but it should never have gotten to that point. The burden was entirely on me to chase this down. I'm revising my review to reflect the outcome, not the process. The process was a mess.

The information provided was minimal, direct, and I understood the terms. However, what drew me was the initial discount which was not applied. I was disappointed.

I was looking forward ordering through goodlife. I received my order promptly within 48 hrs but was disappointed as I only received 30 ml which is only 2.5 mls per week for 12 weeks. I was under the impression that I would gradually be increased by 2.5 mls per month but the 30 mls sent would keep me on the same 2.5 mls for 3 months; not gradually increase. I also, only received 10 syringes instead of 12, its been 3 weeks since I ordered and have not received my other 2 syringes, not sure if I will need to re-use 2 syringes?

I would like to start of by saying my support rep Bianca was amazing and helped so so so much, however, the doctors responses are sparse and unhelpful. Specifically my doctor Dr. Asad Niazi. I can’t speak for all good life doctors. I got more clear directions and updates on my medical care from Bianca than I did Dr. Asad Niazi they don’t follow up, they don’t answer questions, they don’t follow through with half of their responsibilities in the disclaimer that they originally give you when they give you your prescription. For example. We had agreed on a phone call and I asked for more clarity on my prescription because I’ve been having issues since I’ve switched from wegovy to tirzepitide and I haven’t gotten a single clear answer from this person. THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED TO FOLLOW UP OR CALL ONCE. the doctors have been the worst I’ve ever ever ever worked with but the support team is incredible.

I’m not angry enough to give a one star yet but am getting there. Like some of the other reviews I have read, I have used the company for awhile and it used to be a very smooth process. Now, however, I have to contact them for almost every order. They approved my weight loss medication and then nothing at all happens for a week. I ordered Sermorelin from them and that took almost a month to receive. And I get the same answers as others have shared. It’s their pharmacy. Well then switch pharmacies because the company I used to be with had no problems. The only reason I stopped using the company I was with is because they told me they were not allowed to prescribe 15mg due to FDA regulations and that, I found out, is totally untrue. Am currently not happy with Goodlife

Very easy to sign up! Customer service is great in my case. They reply to me the same day and figured out the issue. The only thing is I wish they had an app to make it easier to log in and stuff ! Update: cancelled cuz they kept taking forever to ship had to message them every time
