Incomplete shipment and terrible customer service
I received my medication order, but the critical injection kit needed to actually administer it was completely missing from the package. While mistakes happen, the way customer service handles them is what matters—and their support has been horrible.
Trying to get them to simply mail out the missing injection kit has been an incredibly frustrating and exhausting experience. I am paying for a complete medical service, yet I'm left with medication I can't use due to their supply oversight and a support team that refuses to help efficiently. I would not recommend dealing with this company if you expect reliable shipments or helpful customer support.

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. The customer service was great, but the compounded tirzepatide was a complete waste of money for me. I started at 7.5 mg and increased my dose every month for three months, yet I lost absolutely no weight and actually gained weight. With zero results even at increasing doses, I seriously questioned the potency and effectiveness of what I was receiving. I would not purchase it again.

The shipping and product have been…
The shipping and product have been great, but the customer support is honestly awful.
They don’t fully read or answer your questions, and you get passed between different people in the same chat who seem to have no idea what has already happened. I spent hours simply trying to update my payment method after my bank confirmed the issue was with their platform, not my card.
Instead of actually helping resolve it, I kept getting incomplete responses and basically, “Sorry, we can’t help.” I was literally trying to give them my money so I could complete my next order.
Eventually, while trying to remove my old payment method, the representative deleted my entire treatment instead, then went completely silent. Hours later, the issue was still unresolved.
It’s incredibly frustrating because I actually like the product and the microdosing option, and shipping has been reliable. But when something goes wrong, the level of support is unacceptable. A healthcare company handling prescriptions and recurring payments needs a support team that can actually follow a conversation and resolve basic account issues.

Conversation with Good Life Meds SCAM
SO.. this company advertises that you can get Trizepitide for $149 per month. I ordered a 6 months supply from them prior to inquiring about renewing my prescription only to find out that the price jumped from $149 per month to $249 per month and they no longer do a 6 month purchase option. Basically, they give you (first time customer only) $100 off the price for one month only and then expect you to pay $249 after that. There are too many companies out there offering this for way less.. do your research and don't fall for this scam company.

01:46 PM | Good Life Meds: Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to our support team!
How can we help you today?
01:46 PM | Me: Hi Good Life Meds.. It's time for me to renew my subscription
01:46 PM | Me: How do I go about placing another order?
01:47 PM | Good Life Meds: Please use this link here to submit that updated intake information / payment method when you are ready to receive Tirzepatide again:
01:48 PM | Me: and I am paying the same amount that I paid last time correct?
01:49 PM | Good Life Meds: It looks like you previously received a 6 month supply. We are no longer offering this quantity but the final price for the amount you would like to purchase will be presented at check out :)
01:53 PM | Me: Good Life Meds
01:53 PM | Me: You have this advertised at 149 per month
01:54 PM | Me: from 297
01:55 PM | Me: and your site says 249 for 1 month supply
01:56 PM | Me: I have also been on 15mg doses
01:56 PM | Good Life Meds: I apologize for the confusion. The $149 per month is the new patient discount price with the discount code listed on our site. This is the cost of a one month supply when patients apply that discount code during check out.
I've attached our current pricing for the available formulas we offer here:
Pure Tirzepatide from Hallandale Pharmacy
- 4 week plan - $249
- 12 week plan- $597
Tirzepatide+B3 from OptioRX
- 4 week plan - $249
- 8 week plan - $398
01:56 PM | Good Life Meds: Please let me know if there's anything else I can help answer for you!
01:56 PM | Me: so a new patient gets a better price than a returning patient?
01:58 PM | Good Life Meds: At this time, that discount is for new patients, however, if you have not used the discount code "NewMe100" you may apply that during check out and you will receive that $100 off your first order. Please note this is a one time discount and all refills will process at the full retail cost.
01:58 PM | Me: I'll be sure to post this on social media. This is a joke.
01:58 PM | Me: Thanks
I had to edit my review because Good Life Meds complained abou my review stating I used names so I edited my chat.

I lost 25 pounds with another company…
I lost 25 pounds with another company on Tirzepatide. I wanted to microdose which Good Life offered but definitely has no clue what macrodosing actually is. I also wanted to try the NAD+. My order came in a timely manner. I was in great health when I took 2.5mg of Tirzepitide on Wednesday, I took the NAD+ on Friday.
I did not feel well on Saturday. just really low energy. By Tuesday I was in the hospital and was diagnosed with pneumonia, which I have never had before, nor was I sick leading up to being diagnosed with it. Now I'm not saying theses meds did or did not contribute to my illness, but when I reached out to them....crickets. I cancelled my subscriptions...3 days later still no word from them.

Deceptive Practices and Compromised Patient Safety
I had heard mixed reviews about this company, but chose them because they offered the lowest price for compounded Zepbound at $300 per dose.
However, I encountered several major issues throughout my experience:
Misleading ordering process: The platform misleads prospective patients into placing medication orders by presenting patient intake forms as an educational questionnaire. The platform then processes charges upon “physician” authorization. After authorization, the company rejects cancellation or refund requests, claiming it lacks authority over prescription processing, an assertion that appears inaccurate and potentially unlawful. Traditional pharmacies do not compel patients to pay for or receive unrequested medications, particularly those previously unprescribed and repeatedly canceled before fulfillment.
Careless handling of medical history: Their handling of patient health details and privacy feels extremely lax.
Lack of access to actual medical providers: Their chat system advertises connection to a physician or support agent, but you are always routed to customer service staff dispensing boilerplate responses. You never speak live with a licensed doctor.
Received empty, expired medication: The final straw occurred when I received an empty, previously used vial. Even if it had contained medication, the expiration date had already passed.
Refusal to issue replacement or refund: Because I was due for my dose, I requested a prompt replacement. They refused to send a replacement or issue a refund, claiming the pharmacy never sent an empty vial.
Account lockout after requesting cancellation: When I reiterated the mistake and requested account cancellation, they locked me out of my portal, preventing access to my receipts and medical records until I demanded restoration on legal grounds.
Missing safety information and side effect support: The compounded medication arrived without crucial safety warnings included with name-brand Zepbound, such as potential interactions with birth control or risks of hypoglycemia. When I experienced symptoms and inquired, the assigned “clinician” never responded.
Receiving an expired, used vial raises serious concerns about safety, quality control, and the safety of the accompanying syringes. While mistakes happen, their complete failure to resolve the issue meant I paid hundreds of dollars without receiving proper care or medication.
(I have photos of the vials, which I sent to customer service immediately upon arrival, but I can’t seem to attach them to this review.)
Furthermore, their data security appears questionable, with concerns regarding HIPAA compliance and internal employee access to sensitive medical records.
While the lower price point ($300 versus $450 from legitimate, FDA-regulated providers with established safety standards) is appealing, it comes at the expense of safety, reliability, and accountability. Additionally, their website checkout platform is glitchy and rejected multiple valid payment methods without explanation.
Given these practices, I strongly caution prospective patients against using this service.

customer
price much higher at checkout than advertised
I tried order Glutathione and was surprised and frustrated to find every time I fill out all the forms the price changes from '$80 advertised to $180 when you get to check out. This false advertisement is discouraging and seems like a scam.
