I'm enjoying it so far. I just started my journey, this site is so easy to use; if you have questions or concerns, they get back to you quickly.

They are dishonest about timeframe to receive your medications to get you to sign up and then are unhelpful/unresponsive when the timeframe falls through. I believe they give false timelines at initial consult to encourage people who are eager to initiate the process to sign up.

Great experience working with customer service, their doctor, and getting prescription from pharmacy. Couldn’t be happier!
