I have had meds sent multiple times and each time the tracking is provided quickly and the meds come still chilled. The customer service answers within a few hours sometimes sooner. I appreciate being able to get my medication delivered!

I have been on tirzepatide since November 6, 2024. I’ve always received it from a local compounding pharmacy. This is the first time I ordered from a pharmacy online and last time. I’ve been at 50 units a weeks for over 3 months now. They told me to take 29 units (odd number) of theirs each week because theirs is a higher concentration. I am on my third week of their prescription tirzepatide. It has NOT controlled my hunger, my cravings. I feel like I’m taking nothing. Think it’s red dyed water at this point. I sent them messages asking what the difference is with theirs because it is having absolutely no affect on me. Crickets!
