The customer service is great, and it is very easy to reach the doctors and the help team. I have had great success with the products and love that they come with the needles and alcohol wipes. The process is easy to go through and order.

This telehealth is great! Signed up yesterday, reviewed and approved late last night and meds shipping today for delivery tomorrow. Patient portal is good, customer service is outstanding. I think I’ll be staying with this company. Great experience.

So far I have nothing but positive remarks for GoodLife Meds. I did a ton of research before selecting an online hub for my longevity peptides. I still took a little bit of a gamble when ordering my NAD+ and Sermorelin as I didn't know which pharmacies would be compounding my meds. When I received them, I immediately did my research. They used Olympia Liquid for my NAD+ and Hallandale for my Sermorelin. These are two of the top manufacturers for these peptides in the US and are certainly legit. I have definitely felt a difference since starting a couple months ago. Lot's of progressing improvements, including my skin texture! I recently requested my Sermorelin to go through Olympia and they fulfilled my request within 20min. They were incredibly responsive! To top it all off, they are very competitively priced. Especially for the quality of medications that they provide.

There is no prior warning to the shipments and it seems this is by design. Goodlife meds will definitely get their money, whether or not the refrigerated shipment timing works for the patient or not, or whether the medication will be viable after sitting for 5 days without the necessary refrigeration. So I am spending money that will go to waste. And there is no talking to an actual person that is willing to help. Awful.

Absolutely horrible company , as soon as you put a product in the cart , they will place the order on your behalf and then they tell you that you cant cancel . complete rip off!
