My initial order went well, but I didn't experience any weight loss and didn't want them to automatically charge my card 4 weeks after the first delivery. Their website allowed you to change to delivery date, and I set it for three weeks past the next delivery, with the hope that I can try another brand I had already purchased which was half the price they offered. However, my request was ignored and I was STILL charged me an amount more than $100 more than my previous order on the original date (not the delayed date I changed it to). I have sent dozens of emails and chats trying to get this resolved, but they were very ignorant and lack any desire to assist. I am beyond angry and frustrated; not to mention out of $359 I didn't have. STAY AWAY!

Beware of their doctors that never respond and their accounts receivable that respond immediately. Beware of auto refills you did not want not order and are unable to cancel. Beware of small print.

The process to get set up was very easy, delivery was fast and the compound pharmacy is great with a quality product. I had used another company a year ago and their product was not as potent with slow shipping times. Very happy and looking great!

Ana A helped w a shipping issue. It was a bit frustrating at first, but in the end she resolved my problem. She was able to give me great info and greater understanding of the situation.

I recently joined Good Life Meds and purchased two products on subscription. One would assume that the monthly subscription would be processed just before the 30 days mark. Wrong! They process each 21 days. Very misleading and expensive! The worst part is that I was out of the country when I saw via email what was happening. I had no one home to intercept the package and there is No WAY to contact a human at this company to help!!! I just came back to two very expensive packages in my mail that were not refrigerated. I don’t get why this should be my problem but apparently I am out both money and the products. Beware!

They say next day delivery online….it is not. It’s taken anywhere from 1 day to 14 days to get my prescription. On top of that, they’re one of the more expensive companies so I’d expect them to have good customer service…they do not. The doctors sometimes respond and sometimes don’t, they’re inconsistent, and every time I ordered from them it has been a headache. It’s never the same. Switching to a different company. They don’t even have the same consistent blend, sometimes it’s all GLP-1 sometimes it has a mix, they don’t tell you what you’re getting until the order is placed which is also extremely dumb

I got a subscription with Good Life meds to get a discount on an order. They do not give any advance notice upon the subscription renewal date or any flexibility to reschedule the prescription delivery. I find this unacceptable in 2025. Surely it wouldn't be that difficult to send out an email 2-3 days prior to remind the patient. Customer service was no help and told me I should have looked at the patient dashboard to see the renewal date.
