Extremely disappointing. The customer service was great, but the compounded tirzepatide was a complete waste of money for me. I started at 7.5 mg and increased my dose every month for three months, yet I lost absolutely no weight and actually gained weight. With zero results even at increasing doses, I seriously questioned the potency and effectiveness of what I was receiving. I would not purchase it again.

The website was a little wonky for me to navigate initially, but the customer service (Sarah thank you) is excellent and the medical support was very responsive.
