So unprofessional. They can’t even tell me the contact of the pharmacy where they my prescription:( terrible customer service, they do not answer my calls and I know they are ignoring them

I am happy with the support that I received on my order. Specifically Bailie was very helpful and responsive to resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service. Non responsive. Will reship less than 3 weeks after receiving initial shipment without notification. Would never recommend this company.

Bailie was helpful and kind! Great customer service. Overall been using this platform for several months and they’ve always been responsive, helpful, and timely with their deliveries. Unlike mochi my previous provider, they don’t have video calls / check ins with the doctors, but other than that I really appreciate this service.

Let's just say not impressed. The pharmacy that they use do not use ice packs. I received two order from them. The first one and the second one were both received hot. Not even cool. The gel packs could not have been frozen more cold. Very unsafe product. Rethink using this company.
