I can’t recommend Carrie enough. I spend a lot of time on my feet for work, but I’m also really into fitness, so when my feet hurt, it affects so much more than just getting through my workday. It impacts my workouts, my recovery, and honestly just being able to enjoy the things I love. What I appreciated most was that Carrie didn’t just try to sell me a product. She took the time to understand me first. She asked about my lifestyle, what I do every day, what my goals are, and what was actually causing me problems. Instead of trying to make me fit the product, she found the product that fit my life. That made all the difference. You can tell she genuinely believes in what she’s doing because she knows her products inside and out, but even more importantly, she knows how to listen. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like she truly cared about helping me find the right solution, not just making a sale. She advocated for what would benefit me based on my lifestyle instead of trying to convince me that one solution works for everyone, and I really appreciated that. Customer service like that is hard to find. If you’re considering The Good Feet Store, ask for Carrie. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience one I’d recommend to anyone.
