Upon trying them on I instantly realized so much of my hip and back pain are connected to my foot pain. Klarrisse was so helpful and patient throughout the process. My doctor had recommended The Good Feet store and I knew that it would be custom insoles that were expensive. Klarrisse didn’t try to up sell me and laid out the options and process clearly. I’m so excited to have some relief and better posture all while using my own shoes and even my sandals! I would highly recommend to anyone with constant foot pain and some disposable income.

I have had these for two years and love my inserts because they fixed my knee pain within days of getting them.

I tried the inserts for 2/12 weeks and my feet felt worse than before I purchased the inserts. When I made the purchase I was under the impression that I could return the inserts within 60 days. The sales rep said I had committed to the 60 days. I then said I would return in 60 days and request the refund. He then said that after the 60 days there would be a refitting. I felt the conditions were not clearly explained when the purchase was made. A contract should have been provided and signed that fully explains the conditions of the sale. It feels like they didn’t want to refund if they could help it.

I am very sorry to report that I was told I had to wear these insoles for at least 30 days to ensure they would be appropriate. I explained to the salesman that I had two artificial hips, my left leg was slightly shorter than my right and it would be extremely important that they were fit for me. He said he understood. After wearing these insoles for the required amount of time, I was in excruciating pain in my back. I went to my orthopedist and explained the pain. His response was, “Please return these immediately and stop wearing them.” He explained that unless I had custom made insoles, taking into consideration that there was no way Good Feet could customize for my unique issues. When I asked how much the product was, he said, 1,500.00. My first bill was for 2,398.36. Please be aware of their sales tactics. This store was in East Memphis, 5353 Poplar Avenue, Suite 120, 38119.
