I brought in my son and Brandon was awesome.
I came in with my son for what I expected to feel was some kind of hooey. After almost an hour of explanation, testing and trials with Brandon, my college athlete son had his inserts. Less than a month later, I went back to see Brandon and get fitted for my inserts. The store was clean and comfortable. Brandon was helpful and informative. He just called me today to check in on my progress. The inserts are going great.

James was very personable and…
James was very personable and knowledgeable. I was not feeling rushed and he found the perfect fit for my feet. Greatful for the excellent customer service and confidence that I can return with any concerns. Brand new inserts are fully covered even after 20 years of coming here.

I came in for a checkup because I have…
I came in for a checkup because I have been walking double or triple my normal distance per day. Mark noticed that my supports were sliding because they were too short and my cushions were worn out after only four months of use. He gave me a new set of four insoles and a new pair of cushions. The arthritis in my toes is less noticable and my feet are floating again! Thank you Mark.

Wonderful experience
Eric was very informative, patient and kind when dealing with myself and my elderly mother. We appreciate all the time he spent with us, his flexibility, kindness and knowledge. We came into the store, thinking it was a shoe store and ended up learning so much about healthy feet and how to attain them.

Sherri was so welcoming and knowledgeable!

Jungle hiking here we come!
My story starts back in 2015 as I was standing, walking etc on concrete 8 hrs + a day and was suffering miserably (had found out with an x-ray that I had plantar fasciitis & a bone spur in my right heel) OUCH! Right? so I headed to the Good Feet store and was absolutely amazed that once I was fitted with a set of inserts I had IMMEDIATE relief!!! Most of my life I wore cute, crappy, cheap shoes so my feet were starting to really suffer. My overall well-being was improved by getting the Good Feet inserts. I have no ankle, leg, knee or back issues and walk the dog every day. My inserts were showing a bit of wear so they replaced them free of charge. I will be 72 in a couple of months. My daughter is taking me to Belize for my birthday.

Cheryl went over everything and…
Cheryl went over everything and explained how my feet work and why they hurt so much. By the time I left the store, I felt educated on the reason why my feet hurt and I could hardly walk. I feel the difference and looking forward to using this product and eeling great again!
