Andre was extremely kind and very helpful. My wife has been dealing with a lot of foot pain for ever. Andre explained the good feet process with different inserts. She did a very good job of handling multiple customers at the same time.

I followed the process after my fitting. 2 and a half weeks in I had pain in my thighs and calf’s. I could barely walk or stand after sitting down for a week. Tried to get a refund and said I could only do that with refitting. I could not go through that pain for a week again. $2500 down the drain with no sympathy. Their lifetime warranty and return policy is a scam. I am sure they help a lot of people but the few they don’t like me are screwed!

I’m an active 50-ish person. I’ve struggled with worsening foot pain for years (not exaggerating) and fitted for dozens of styles of shoes and orthotics.
